Keeping Costs Down

Propane, Electric, and Water are major contributors to our Association dues. We can all help to keep costs down by remembering the following tips:

1. Turn off the propane fire place when you are not in your unit.
2. When your windows or sliding doors are open, turn off the heater and fireplace.
3. Turn off the lights and turn down the temperature when you check out of your room.
4. Replace the spa cover upon leaving.
5. In the fitness area, turn off TV, lights, steam room and sauna when you leave.
