Did you know that you are supposed to provide 48 to 72 hours advanced notice when you come to Kirkwood?
This is so Housekeeping can prepare your unit for the number of people you plan to bring with you. Additionally, it allows Lodging Services to schedule the workdays for the Housekeeping staff. This is especially important during the winter season, when the Housekeeping staff is cleaning nearly 40 units.
If you are not planning to come up to the Mountain Club during your week until Sunday, for example, this helps the Housekeeping staff to plan their time.
