Mountain Club Improvements Calendar Year 2008

1. HD TVs

2. Kitchen Appliances, dishwasher, microwaves, refrigerators (energy star)

3. Washer/Dryers in laundry rooms

4. Remodeled steam room

5. Re-grouted bathrooms/kitchens

6. New flatware in 50% of condos

7. Attached all bathroom mirrors to wall

8. Repaired all drop-leaf tables

9. 3 new luggage carts

10. Brass kick plates on walls of fitness room/in front of carts

11. Hooks on the fence next to Spa

12. Painted common halls

13. Energy bulbs in Mtn Club—turned off all unnecessary hall lights

14. Painted the eaves and repaired stucco

15. Painted the balcony railings and railings around the spa area

16. Repaired leaking three way heating valves throughout the building

17. Installed shutoff valves at several places in each common hallway to be able to isolate sections enabling maintenance on the heating system without having to drain entire system

18. Repaired the plaza pavers around the MC to replace those damaged and to aid in water drainage.
