Trading Your Unit with Interval International

How would you like to travel the world? Visit exciting places like Bermuda, Austria, Costa Rica or Disneyworld? Trading your Mountain Club unit through Interval International can be your gateway to thousands of luxurious locations all around the world.

When you purchased a Mountain Club Quartershare, you received information about Interval International - in fact, the Kirkwood developer paid for your first year of dues. Along with your membership, you should have received a large catalog filled with all the properties available to you through Interval International (II).

To 'trade' your Mountain Club week for the use of an equivalent size unit somewhere else, simply deposit your Mountain Club unit week with II and request a week somewhere else in the world (if you deposit a low-peak week at Kirkwood, generally between April and November, you must deposit both a yellow (low-peak) and a red (high-peak) week with II. You have up to two years to redeem the week(s) you deposit. You can deposit your week first, or you can request a location before you deposit your week. Simply call the Mountain Club Homeowners Representative for a reservation number for the week you wish to deposit and then call Membership Services at (800) 843-8843 to begin the process.

Cleaning Fees:

When an II Guest stays in your unit, you pay the departure cleaning fee. When you travel, you do not pay the departure cleaning fee. II departure fees will appear as "II Stays" on your monthly statement.

'Guest Certificate'

You may also redeem your deposited week for a 'Guest Certificate' at a very low fee - wouldn't you enjoy 'gifting' a week of travel to a family member or close friend?

Want to kep all your weeks and still travel?

What if you don't want to give up any of your precious weeks at Kirkwood? Well, you can take advantage of the Getaway/Flexchange Program through II. This entitles you to bargain prices on short notice travel. From 59 days to 24 hours before your desired travel date, call the Flexchange Availabilities hot line at (800) 722-1747.
